Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley doesn't talk much about grandparents, however her grandmother who was an infamous bodybuilder in the 30s and 20s is credited with inspiring her fitness passion. Ashley has always been active. When she was 4, she began to swim, and continued doing so for 10 years. She entered numerous competitions however she was not as committed since she wasn't prepared to go on a strict diet so that her body was able to perform the best. The attractive look of her and shapely physique earned her a lot of attention during her high school years. It isn't known the extent to which Ashley dated anyone during that period of time. Ashley determined to put all of on becoming a fitness and modeling model after she graduated. Ashley discovered that she was unhappy with the appearance of her body when she was fifteen. Her father advised her to join the training facility. She followed the advice of her grandfather to start slowly. She didn't realize that she'd go on to spend 9 years working on her physique as she grew into an fitness icon. Ashley participated in the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships 2014. She finished 7th. This was an inspiration to her to train harder. Ashley participated at this year's WBFF World Championships 2015 and placed fifth. As the competition was over, Ashley opted to not compete again. She was receiving offers for photography shoots during her time playing, but she wasn't looking to mix her careers however when she stopped competing she decided to turn into a fitness model. The popular magazine for fitness included her on the cover and immediately started a career for fitness models. Modeling career has grown since then. The model has modelled in bikinis for renowned fashion brands, and appeared on the covers of numerous popular magazines.
